Return and Refund Policy

This policy is governed by UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, as enforced by the UAE Ministry of Economy and the Consumer Protection Department. Zorins Technologies is fully compliant with all applicable UAE consumer rights legislation.

Overview

Zorins Technologies UAE is committed to delivering the highest quality IT products and services to businesses across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to make it right.

This policy applies to all hardware products sold through our UAE store including networking equipment, servers, storage solutions, security appliances, and IT accessories. Professional IT services are non-refundable once delivered unless covered by a written service agreement.

Return request submitted within the applicable return window
Product in original unused condition with all original packaging intact
All accessories, manuals, cables, and components are included
Original UAE VAT invoice or purchase receipt provided
Serial number matches the original purchase record
Product has not been installed, configured, or physically modified

Non-Returnable Items

Products with broken or tampered warranty seals
Software licenses and digital products once activated
Customized or special-order products built to specification
Products damaged due to misuse or physical damage caused by the customer
IT services and consultation fees already rendered
Returns without valid UAE VAT invoice or proof of purchase

Refund Process and Timeline

Submit Return Request

Email info@zorinstechnologies.ae or call +971 50 823 7160 with your order number, serial number, and reason for return.

Review and Approval (2 Business Days)

Our team will review and notify you within 2 working days. Approved returns receive an RMA number.

Return the Product

Deliver the product in original packaging to our DIFC Dubai office. RMA number must be clearly marked.

Inspection (3-5 Business Days)

Our technical team will inspect and verify the product within 3 to 5 working days.

Refund Issued (5-7 Business Days)

Refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days. UAE bank transfers may take 2 to 3 additional days.

Refund Methods

Credit or Debit Card

Refunded to original card within 5 to 7 business days

UAE Bank Transfer (IBAN)

Direct transfer to your UAE bank account. Provide IBAN with return request

Store Credit

Valid for 12 months, redeemable on any future UAE purchase

Product Exchange

Exchange for same or equivalent product, subject to stock availability

Your Rights under UAE Consumer Protection Law

Under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations, you are entitled to:

Receive products matching the description and specifications at time of purchase
A full refund or exchange for defective products within warranty period
Transparent pricing inclusive of UAE VAT (5%) with no hidden charges
File a complaint with the Ministry of Economy Consumer Protection Department

UAE VAT Note: All prices on zorinstechnologies.ae are inclusive of 5% VAT as per UAE Federal Tax Authority requirements. VAT invoices are issued for all transactions and must be retained for return requests.
